Refactoring: Method Object

I've to work with legacy code so I've to do tones of refactoring.

It will be great to see "Extract Method Object" option in refactoring menu.

I saw this option in IntelliJ IDEA, why it is not included in R#?

I hope I will see this feature soon.
Judging by the creation time of this ticket, maybe in next 3 years :) (hope not that long)
