ReSharper JavaScript testing PhantomJS with options (web-security=no)

How can I pass option to PhantomJS in JavaScript tests?

For example I want to start PhantomJS.exe --web-security=no

If this is not possible now, will it be possible next version?

Can I start Chrome with options?
