ReSharper install

Permanently deleted user

I'm trying to install the ReSharper toolset and it keeps failing out on me. I get "JetBrains Installer-packed has stopped working." I've tried installing as admin, installing one tool at a time etc. One tool at a time kind of works but it won't install the whole set. I'm installing onto a Windows 7 Pro VM on Parallels 10 for Yosmite.

Anyone have any ideas??

Please attach all files from C:\Users\{User Name}\AppData\Local\JetBrains\Shared\v01 folder.
