.DotSettings file that matches .NET coding standards

Has anyone depeveloped a .DotSettings file that matches the .NET BCL coding standards.? Or as much as possible. I know it's tough to implement "2-char ancronyms must be upper-case" in R#, but would think pretty much the rest could be represented in a .DotSettings file. I also know that there's not 100% compliance to a single standard in the .NET BCL code base, but the style used by 90% (or more) of the BCL is pretty clear. Some BCL-type coding standards might include:

https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms184412(v=vs.110).aspx
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms229002(v=vs.110).aspx

But what I'm really looking for is a .DotSettings file that represents the majority of the "real" .NET BCL code that's out there, not necessarily an adherance to one of the published links above.

Just wondering if anyone has made a stab at this.

Thanks!
