failed to login to the license server

vs 2013 and student license.

Today I updated to the newest version in vs.net 2013. After the update, resharper no longer able to login to the license server to get license information.

It shows "Login Failed (more)", and the detailed info is "Obtaining JetBrains license server URI failed: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."

Is there any issue on the license server? Or something else wrong? How can I fix this issue?
