How to apply educational license?

I'm seeing:

License Restriction: For educational use only

You can use the following products for free until September 05, 2016:

on https://account.jetbrains.com/licenses but when I click to download ReSharper C++ (or any other version), I can just download the trial version.
I don't have a key either.
How can I apply my license?
