Duplicate tooltip items

Hi,

I am using Visual Studio 2015 and ReSharper 9.1. I know there is the option to disable VS light bulbs and VS squiggles.

Is there a way to disable either R# or VS tooltip text?

For example, see image or read below.

On a public method without an XML comment, both VS and ReSharper tell me that:

Missing XML comment for publicly visible type or member 'type-name'.
