A Plugin that adds Visual Studio Unit Test support to ReSharper

Hi Sean,

I was able to reproduce this (pretty easily). However, it might take
me some time to figure out what is going on. Because of the
architectural mis-match between the ReSharper unit test runner and
MSTest, I had to do a couple weird things to make it perform decently.
Its probobly related to that. I'll let you know if I can find what is
going on.
