Intellisense Plugin

Is there any way to extend the intellisense in ReSharper via plugins.  For example there are now a number of popular view-engines for ASP.NET MVC that would become a lot easier to use if intellisense worked.  Unfortunately this is a huge task to do via VSIP and I was wondering if we could achieve it through ReSharper's extensibility model.
