Problems with the Jetbrains license servers for floating licenses through a proxy

Hello everybody,

we have a problem with the Jetbrains License Server.
He is with us on the infrastructure we installed want to make upgrade to the new version.

For the cennection we use a proxy we have configured in the file as described on the website.
Unless it works but how to get futher error.
In wireshark on the proxy we have some error messages and i do not know exactly if we can this through our it security unlocked.
Can you please tell us what needs to be unlocked exactly so that the communication would work.
Account.jetbrains.com and www.jetbrains.com at the moment have unlocked.

Hello,

License Server has following network accessibility requirements to issue licenses to users:

https://account.jetbrains.com should be accessible from License Server network.
https://www.jetbrains.com and http://www.jetbrains.com should be accessible from License Server network.
- License Server software should be allowed to establish connection to mentioned resources.
- Product being registered with a License Server should have access to License Server network.

Ports used for connection to JetBrains are default which are 80 for HTTP and 443 for HTTPS

If you use proxy, it has to be transparent and allows the server to reach JetBrains resources.
