could you please be more clear - what 'major feature' do you mean? Obviously, we couldn't do that - we've made our best to make sure that any problem reported by many users got fixed. It's very regrettable that the release build doesn't work as you expect, but this means that the problem you're experiencing is not common. Thanks.
For starters, how about the poor performance with large projects? This really is a show stopper for many people. I'm not sure why the poor performance posts received so little attention?
I'm sure as with any system there must have been some kind of stress testing done but then if that had been done you would have had the same experience as so many here...

I presume you guys are still using VS2003 for some development?
Please realize this also occurs in VS2005 (with TeamSystem) without R# installed, VS2005 is quite slow compared to VS2003. I assume there are no major differences in R# VS2003-VS2005 versions that might cause the poor performance, do I assume correctly?
No way, we're talking about multiple seconds delay between typing characters when the auto pop-up are displaying, I'm certain VS2005 without R# is not like this. There was a time during the EAP when it was as fast as 1.5, or close enough, very usable.

R# wasn't picking up class names, however since moving from build 148 to 149 it seems to be working OK now.
I get this as well. After 1-2 debug sessions, it starts to get slower and slower. Recompiling dependecy solutions and R# reloading their dlls seems also to slow it down.

We'll investigate this, although we could not reproduce it here. To workaround this, I can suggest to switch to using VS intellisense (see Options > Intellisense) until the problem is solved.

The best place to post new features is our tracker. Newsgroup is a better place to discuss suggestions but they can easily be overlooked there. Unlike newsgroup posts, all issues submitted to the tracker get some consideration.

So Final Release is out. Congratulations. Where can we post requests for new features?

Hi Dmitry,
What happens to outstanding bugs like my problems with the
intellisense? Do we call them 'features' now?
Cheers,
Julian
Hello Julian,
such problems are to be fixed in the bugfix update that will be released
probably in 1 month time.

Hi Dmitry,
So you have released it with a major feature not working - sorry, I thought
only MS did that.
OK, I'll persevere.
Do we still report the bugs as they happen? I've already had a couple of
exceptions in the release version.
Cheers,
Julain

What size are you think of saying "large projects"?
Currently, ReSharper sources are about 30Mb of source code, and we do not
notice any serious performance problems
