Starting & Shutdown Exceptions
Everytime I start Resharper, I get this exception:
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an
object.

and everything I shutdown, I get this exception:

Is there anything I can do to fix this? This happens in v65 and v66.

looking at the source code, I've found it very odd that you get this
exception.
Could you please tell us what edition of VS.NET 2003 are you using?
This can help us to figure out why these exception occur.
