Resharper Sucks Up the CPU Cycles

I installed the latest version and slowly simple tasks (command completion,
switching between files, etc.) starting taking 5-10 seconds to complete and
the CPU spiked to 100%. The solution I'm working on has 5 project with
anywhere from 10 to 20 files per project. I don't have a power house system
(1.2GHz, 384MB RAM), but I wouldn't expect this.

Any thoughts?
