Change method signature

Hi,

In build 76, I have to have the cursor on the method name to change the
method signature.

My natural instinct was to place the cursor on one of the parameters I
wanted to change, and then press Ctrl+F6. I think it would be nice if Change
Signature was available from the parameter list context. Maybe you could
event select the current parameters.
