Feature request 1

When generating a property by implementing an interface, provide the option
to generate the instance variable and set the property to expose the
instance variable.

I.e. if you have
interface foo
{
int foo {get; set;}
}

rather than generating
public int foo
{
get { throw new NotImplementedException(); }
set { throw new NotImplementedException(); }
}

have the option to generate

private int _foo;
public int foo
{
get { return _foo; }
set { foo = value; }
}
