Autocreating "using" statements and copyright notices at top of file

Is there some setting I'm missing that would tell Resharper to put the
autogenerated using statements after the copyright notice at the top
of all of our source files? The way it is now, I have to manually move
the using statements to after the copyright.

Just curious,

Hello Brian,

This is know issue, that the first "using" directive is inserted before
copyright comment. You have to manually move only the first directive. If
there were already any of the "using"s, new ones will be inserted in the
right position.
