Link to tracker etc on main web site

Actually, we have a reference to the newsgroup on the Documentation tab,
but it seems not to be a popular place. Thanks for the pointer. We'll ensure
that better links are made.

Could you please put a link to the Dashboard/tracker etc. on your
Jetbrains web site. The only way I can find it is to do a Google
search!
