auto-popup after dot not working

Hi
I'm using R# 2.0 and the "auto-popup after dot" is not working. I had to
press ctrl+space every time. Also "auto-popup after new" is not working. I
am using VS 2003. The Delay is set to 0. I also checked 100ms but the
auto-popups are not working. This is really annoying.
