After press Alt+Insert apperes popup window, but it unfocus at once, and i
can navigate on it with arrow keys

if I placed on item1 now, than i can't go to item3 by pressing down key

When my cursor stay in class body i press Alt+Ins and have a popup window
with list of commands
For Exapmle Active is Create Constructor and Override Inherited Methods
Create Constructor default item, but when I tried to navigate to Override
Inherited Methods over other not active items by pressing Down key -- i
can do it
