Rename dialog position in dual monitor

I have a dual monitor setup and when I press F2 the rename dialog is not positioned properly. If VS is on the first screen I only see the red sign floating on the second screen. If VS is on the second screen then I see the corner of the dialog box and can move it left and use it.
Also the ctrl-e popup appears in the middle of the screen - half on one screen half on the other, not as significant but in 1.5 it used to be handled properly.

OS: Win2000, NVidia Quadro NVS, dual monitors handled by NVidia Multiview, which as far as I understand makes it look like one giant screen to the application.

I also see a lot of dialog quirckness especially if you had the second
screen on the left and then you move it to the right.

Hello Sandu,

We will perform a coimprehensive check of multimonitor compatibility soon,
so expect this bug to be fixed in one of the following builds (probably not
the next one).
