Refactor/Rename encapsulated variable

I don't know if this is posted, but I face the following annoying fact - when an encapsulated variable is renamed, the encapsulating method (set/get) ramins with it's old name. Probably that's the way you want it, but don't you think it's better to refactor the method automaticaly too ?

When renaming the field, the corresponding property should be suggested to
be renamed (not vise versa now, but we will fix that). Doesn't it work for
you? Can you post an example?
