This popup uses strange system colors. The popup's background is using the
same system color as "hot-tracked" items, which is supposed to be a
foreground color. And the popup's foreground color is the same system
color as selected menu items. On my system, these two colors clash and I
can't read the popups. I think these popups should use the same system
colors as any other tooltip.
