Cyclic scrolling in lists

The above option (on the "General" page) doesn't work for me. With
code completion, my lists are always cyclic regardless of the setting.

I could not reproduce that. Do you mean that pressing "Up" when on the first
element selection jumps to the last item in the list?

Yes, that is the behavior, whether "Cyclic scrolling" is checked or not. I am using v210 on VS2005.

I cannot reproduce that but could you please submit it into the tracker?
And we'll investigate it.
