[211] Copy text from unit test output pane

Hello,

in 211 we can copy text from the output pane to the clipboard by
right-clicking/context menu.

1. If you right-click on a code link and select "copy" you get an exception

2. I would like to have Ctrl-Ins and Ctrl-C work also.
