[211] Exception trying to modify a file that is still checked in

I have reported this in build 210. When you try to modify a file that hasn't
been checked out of the sourcecontrol you will get an exception. Normally
Visual Studio IDE will detect that you are trying to modify a file and
suggets to check it out in build 210 en 211 you will get an exception prior
to having the opportunity to check out the file
