[Build 212] - No intellisense if you type fast

if the option "auto-popup after a character is typed" is enabled and when
you type fast you will not get the intellisense.

eg:
Control x = new Control;

between "new" and "Control" no intellisese but if you type "new" and wait a
second and then hit the space key you will get the intellisense.
