OT: Colorschemes

I have seen some discussions in this forum about colorschemes, I use the default colorscheme and wanted to try something out if it would be easier on my eyes. I wanted to know if there are any recommendations & how to change the colorscheme easily.

I hope going to the Tools->Options->Fonts and colors for each display item is not the only solutions. I would be willing to try out something that other fellow developers have putforward.
