214 2003 Issues on 2003

I have experienced the following on VS 2003 -

• On opening a project, the GUI crawled along. There were a lot of windows open. I finally got them closed and closed VS2003.

• Opened up VS 2003 again:

- Outlining was missing on C# code behind file. I did a Stop Outlining (even though it wasn't there) then Start Automatic Outlining. However, when I opened another C# code behind file, outlining was missing again.

- Scrolling is exceptionally slow.

- Noticed that devenv is running continously between 35-40% of cpu.

I can't go any further.

I should add that I am using VSS over a VPN line. This is a little slow for VSS operations but normally does not slow things down otherwise.
