Problem with 213 & 214 on custom properties on UserControls

Hi

I have noticed that Reshaper 213 & 214 can't "find" properties as Visible
and custom properties.

I can autocomplete on the properties but they show as red compile errors in
the right bar. I can compile anyway
but it makes i quite annoying to see this compile error indications
everywhere.
