Duplicate "ReSharper" Toolbar menu

I had 213 installed for VS 2005. I closed VS 2005, uninstalled 213 and
installed 216, then opened VS 2005. I now have the following menu bar
layout:

File | Edit |...| Test | Tools | ReSharper (disabled) | Window | ReSharper |
Community | Help

Thanks,
Blake

It was a bug in uninstaller. Just remove it using VS Customize...
