Refactoring in a solution with file references

Hello Jeff,

if you mean a situation when a reference to the output assembly of a project
is used instead of a reference to the project itself,
then the answer - yet, they should, but currently don't. We're working on
this problem.

Should Find Usages, Rename, etc. work on types that are in projects in
the same solution but referenced via file references? IIRC, this
worked in 1.x, but doesn't appear to in 2.0 (I've using the VS2003
version).
