[220] Missed settings

After uninstall 219 and install 220 i see no R# cpecific
records in 'fonts and colors' settings.
As i see, only color highlights are missed, other functionality
work fine.
R# specific editor highlighting now shown simple as default
font color with default background.

Importing user settings from 219 doesn't help.
