Converted web project from VS2003 -> VS2005, resharper is now horribly "confused

I just converted an existing web project from using Visual Studio 2003 to
Visual Studio 2005 (using VS's conversion wizard). After working through
various issues arising from the changes in ASP.NET 2.0, I now have the
project back to where it compiles and runs.

However, Resharper seems to have completely lost all sense of what
references are in the project - even the standard ones.

Basically ANY *.cs file I open shows tons of errors in the analysis bar.
For example, if I open the code-behind for one of my pages (*.aspx.cs)
Resharper has an error on the following using statement:

using System.Xml;
Error is: Cannot resolve symbol 'Xml'.

Then, down to the actual declaration of my class:

public partial class DAProperties : System.Web.UI.Page
The word "Web" is in red, and when hovering over it gives: Cannot resolve
symbol 'Web'.

This type of behavior repeats itself all over the place. I would say each
file has AT LEAST 20-30 errors in it according to resharper - some with more
like hundreds of errors. But like I said, the project compiles and runs
just fine.

Any ideas what is wrong here?

Sounds like a conversion problem and not a R#r problem. Try removing your
references in your project and re-add your references. If you have web
references, you may have to force a reference update.

If it were a conversion problem, would it still compile correctly?
I'll definately give it a try, but it seems if the compiler can find the
references, then Resharper should be able to as well.
