[220] Resharper Color Setting Missing
After installing 220, all settings for the ReSharper colors are missing from the Options->Fonts and Colors menu. Colors retained from the 218 settings except for current line coloring.

I was just about to post the same thing :)
The Font & Colors entries of ReSharper have disappaeared after uninstall of
219 and install of 220. devenv /setup doesn't help, nor
uninstalling/reinstalling build 220.

Here as well. I can't even start devenv (2003) anymore, because I get a NullReferenceException constantly. Here's the stack trace:

Same here. All the ReSharper font/color settings are gone.
I properly uninstalled 219 before installing 220.
I had this problem as well. I restarted VS2005 and noticed that the current
line color changed. Now, for whatever reason, the entries are back in the
Fonts and Colors menu. Odd...

I've restarted several times. The "Resharper" coloring options are just
missing from the Options Fonts & Colors dialog. There is no special
Resharper coloring going on at all.

Still happens after uninstalling 220 and installing 221. Even a "devenv /setup" did not help.

Tried, didn't work.
Uninstall 220 - install 221, no fonts & colors
Uninstall 221 - devenv /setup - reset settings - devenv /setup - import
settings (from before 220) - devenv /setup - install 221 - no fonts &
colors - devenv /setup - no fonts & colors - reimported settings (still from
before 220) - no fonts & colors
Did I miss something ? :)

unfortunately we don't have much to say about this problem. Usually a combination
of disabling ReSharper,
reset all settings, running devenv /setup helps to get rid of it. We're still
looking into it.

Quick update about this. Build 222 'fixed' it for me.
Fixed because the Font & Colors entries reappeared immediately (no devenv
/setup or reset all settings).
'fixed' because apparently it didn't fixed it for everyone :)
