[223] Capitalization of web controls

I discovered a setting in Visual Studio 2005 that prevents ReSharper from working properly with web forms. Under "Text Editor", "HTML", "Format" I had "Server tag" and "Server attributes" set to lowercase. This was giving me a lot of errors like "Unable to locate type 'mythirdpartydatagrid'", I guess because the control name's capitalization did not match the class name's capitalization. When I changed these capitalization settings to "Assembly definition" (which I think is the default), these errors went away.
