[225 - VS2003] What is TypeName_ascx in Type browser?

Whenever I bring up the type browser (ReSharper->Goto->Type... Ctrl+N)
and enter the name of an ascx file I get 2 entries with the same name,
one with an _ascx suffix.  If I click it I end up staying in the
current file.  I assume it wants to take me to the ascx file and not
the code behind, right?

I looked in the tracker but found nothing on this.
