[Question]: File names for file templates

I have some file templates define (for test fixtures). I can not get the
file name to prepopulate with anything other than a number.

What are the steps to get this working correctly?

Have you entered anything into "File name prefix" field when editing the
template?

Indeed I have... In this case (test fixtures), I have entered
TestFixture into the field.
