Getting Exception when opening solutions from Explorer

most likely we're aware of the problem with opening solution without explicity
closing the current one before,

When i double-click and open on a solution from windows explorer,
ReSharper is throwing an exception and from there it becomes very
unstable. The same thing happens when opening another solution through
the File-Open Menu when a solution was already open. I've submitted
those exceptions to the tracker from the exceptions window. This does
not happen when opening a solution for the first time.
