Performance opening VS.NET

Hi Folks,

Thought I'd send in some stats on opening times for the IDE only, without even opening a project.
VS.NET with R# - 25 seconds
VS.NET without R# - 4 seconds

Out of curiosity, what is it that R# is doing when you simply open VS.NET ? Seems to take a decent amount of time.
