[231] I see duplicate Intellisense section in Options

Hello Antonio,

Thank you for your feedback. The fix will appear in the next published build.

Resharper -> Options
I see Intellisense 2 times, the first with 2 legs "Code Completion"
and "Parameter Info" the second empty.
But both with the same radiobutton "Use Resharper features" and "Use
VS IntelliSense"
