Can you reopen 21307

Hi all

The subject says it all. Can you reopen request 21307. I seem to get this one when I shut down VS. I'm thinking it is because I have a solution that has 1 project with only nant build files.

This is on VS2005 with R# build 231 installed. Oh and btw 231 seems to be far more stable and way faster. Congratulations :)
