[231] Weird Error Dialog

I was minding my own business in VS 2005 when this dialog came up:

Unable to cast object of type
'JetBrains.VSAddin.Editor.DocumentOperationsHandler' to type
'JetBrains.VSAddin.Editor.VSDocumentOperationsHandler'.

Screenshot attached. I restarted and it went away. It happened once more
while shutting down the IDE. Not sure what I was doing outside of typing in
a C# file.

this problem has likely been fixed in 232.
