VS2005 Crash on Exit

It happens to me all the time, too.

All of the recent R# version have had this. Uninstall R# and no more
crashes. Anyone else seeing this happen? It also does not happen
with VS2003 (both are installed on my machine).

Same here.

It's been happening for so long that I'm actually missing it on the rare
occasions where it doesn't happen :)

Me too, with all the recent builds....

Me too, its been happening for a while since build 221 I think. Because of
this none of the Environment settings are getting preserved, for instance i
had to go in enable "Auto Popup", "Show parameter" settings all the time for
the text editor. I've enabled Resharper to use VS Intellisence. All other
feature seem to work fine so not sure why this crash is happening on exit...
