[232] Uninstalled - Problem List

I had to uninstall 232 and revert back to 227. The following issues led to this requirement:

1. Any solution larger than one project with file references finds all imported types as ambiguous. Including Framework files - i.e. System.Windows.Forms.

2. Resharper "lost" all other addins to VS2005. Other addins that I use, i.e. GhostDoc, are no longer available and can not be loaded. After reversion, they are available again.

3. Occasional "hang" of VS2005 on load if the cache directory for a solution has been removed. Attempts at debugging to get call stack show only calls to malloc.c, so a valid call stack is not available.

I reverted back to 227 as well.
