Implement abstract methods dialog is not visible

with VS2005 The implement abstract methods dialog flicks for a second
and then disappears but you can't set focus on the page as if there is a
modal dialog open.
Pressing ESC returns focus to the VS.

Did anybody notice this?

This is the same problem with all "generate" dialogues. It is fixed in 233,
which is coming soon.
