Color fixes?

I am not getting ANY Resharper coloring (i.e. setting any options for the
"Resharper" entries in the fonts and colors options has no effect on the
displayed code). Is this a Resharper bug, or an install/uninstall glitch
that I can fix some other way?

Has the hotfix for VS 2005 to fix the colour issues with Resharper been
released yet? I can't find any information as search doesn't seem to be
enabled on the forums at the moment...

ReSharper > Options > Highlighting > Enable Identifer Highlighting. It's
disabled by default as it can slowdown VS editor. But you can turn it on.

When I turn Identifier highlighting on, I get my namespace and using
identifiers highlighted with a grey background. I also get method/variables
with no usages highlighted in light grey (which I can't see properly).

I have tried every colour setting in the Tools>Options>Fonta and settings,
but cannot change the colours used. Any suggestions?
