[237] IntelliSense better

Well, looks like those performance improvements made it into this build, for the Intellisense anyway, thank you!

The Parameter Info is still un-usable, once it's displaying, the CPU usage is 100% and it's a good 2 seconds between characters typed to appearing on the screen.

Seems like the Find Usages is having problems again. Sometimes when clicking on the usages found, VS 2003 hangs up.
