[237] Missing ReSharper entries from Fonts and Colors

Hi,

I am missing the ReSharper color entries from the standard Visual Studio
Tools -> Options -> Fonts and Colors configuration UI. This was true despite
install/uninstall. I think these entries are controlled by the registry
somehow, but I'm not sure how to fix it. Any ideas?
