[Feature Request]: Integrate NCover into R#r

Currently, I have TestDriven.NET installed in addition to Resharper. The
only reason Im doing this is because of the integration of NCover (via
the NCoverExplorer) into TestDriven.NET.

Consider this a request to add code coverage (via some nice GUI) into
Resharper. This would be most excellent. :)

Another reason to keep TestDriven is speed. It is much faster to run
many tests with TestDriven than with the Unit Test Runner.
I also like the Ad-hoc feature: TestDriven can start any method with a
right-click, not only those that are public and labelled with .
This is great for experimenting.
