Drag-n-drop text editing

Drag-and-drop Text Editing is partially broken with the new feature that
allows you to hold down ctrl and click on an identifier to go to the
Declaration.  Holding down ctrl while you drag text is supposed to copy it,
and I use this function frequently.

If the text you're trying to drag-copy is an identifier (or apparently any
part thereof), the drag operation won't work, and you'll frequently find
yourself staring at class browser or jumping to another source file when you
expected to drag+copy text.

It was really frustrating until I figured out what was going on.

It is kind of strange. It was discussed here during EAP.
I think if you first click and hold mouth and then hold ctrl it works 100%.
